Portion 62 Residential Development

HilLand Environmental, independent Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAP) have been appointed by the Applicant, Keith Lewer Allen Trust, to ensure compliance with the regulations contained in the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA, No 107 of 1998) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 for the proposed residential development on the Farm Kraaibosch 195/62.

The development will consist of infilling and densification within the Urban Edge, on a property currently surrounded by other developments (existing or in approval process).

All registered stakeholders / I&APs are invited to comment on the proposal within the 30 day commenting period.
