OSCAE Application Erf 2104, Constantia Kloof, Wilderness

HilLand Environmental has been appointed as the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) by the applicant, Mr John Peter Burnett, to obtain the required permit for the disturbance of vegetation and earthworks in accordance with the Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Area Extension (OSCAE) Regulations, for the proposed development of a single residential dwelling on Erf 2104, Wilderness.

The proposed development will entail the construction of a single residential dwelling with a footprint of approximately 400.71 square metres, of which 284.03 square metres vegetation clearance will be required and approximately 110 cubic metres of earthworks.

The commenting period on the OSCAE application closes within 30 days from its availability (14 May 2019 – 12 June 2019). Please provide us with your comments / concerns relating to the proposed development during the time frame, in written format via post, email or fax.
