Proposed residential development on Erf 9459, Plettenberg Bay: The Plett Hilltop Lifestyle Estate
HilLand Environmental have been appointed as the Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAP) by the applicant, The Plett Hilltop (Pty) Ltd represented by Ryan Bluett, to ensure compliance with regulations contained in the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA Act No. 107 of 1998) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (2014), as amended, for the proposed residential development on Erf 9459, Plettenberg Bay.
The Public Participation Process for this proposal has come to an end and the final BAR has been submitted on the 10th of March 2023 to the competent authority, DEADP, or their decision-making period. The EA was issued by DEADP on the 30th of June 2023. The appeal decision was issued 3 November 2023.
