OSCAE Application of Portion 248 of Farm 192, Langvlei Dunes, Wilderness
HilLand Environmental has been appointed as the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) by the applicant, Treedom Villas (Pty) Ltd, to obtain the required permit for the disturbance of vegetation and earthworks in accordance with the Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Area Extension (OSCAE) Regulations, for the proposed development of guest accommodation and associated infrastructure on Portion 248 of Farm 192, Langvlei Dunes, Wilderness. Approximately 503 square metres of vegetation clearance and approximately 119 cubic metres of earthworks will be required.
The OSCAE application will be available for comment from the 14th of June 2019 (14 June 2019 – 15 July 2019). Please provide your comments / concerns relating to the proposed development during the time frame, in written format via post, email or fax. Please note you need to declare your interest in the above matter.
