OSCAE application for Erf 551, Anchorage Lane

Commenting period: 11 October 2019 – 10 November 2019

HilLand Environmental has been appointed as the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) by the applicant, James Hanna, to obtain the required permit for the disturbance of vegetation and earthworks in accordance with the Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Area Extension (OSCAE) Regulations, for the proposed additions that will be made to the existing residential dwelling on Erf 551, Anchorage Lane, Wilderness.

The period for your comments on the OSCAE application closes within 30 days from its availability (11 October 2019 – 10 November 2019). Please provide your comments / concerns relating to the proposed development during the time frame, in written format via post, email or fax. Please note you need to declare your interest in the above matter.
