OSCAE application for Erf 1002, Sedgefield

HilLand Environmental has been appointed as the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) by the applicant Mr and Mrs Elphick, in order to obtain the required permit for the disturbance of vegetation and earthworks in accordance with the Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Area Extension (OSCAE) Regulations, for the proposed development of a single residential dwelling on Erf 1002, Sedgefield.

The proposed double-storey dwelling will have a footprint of approximately 293 square metres, of which 251 square metres of vegetation clearance will be required and approximately 40 cubic metres of earthworks.

The OSCAE application will be available for comment from 12 April 2019.The period for your comments on the OSCAE closes within 30 days from its availability (12 April 2019 – 16 May 2019). Please provide us with your comments / concerns relating to the proposed development during the time frame, in written format via post, email or fax.
