Hartland western access road realignment

HilLand Environmental have been appointed as the Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAP) by the applicant, K2011133641 SA (Pty) Ltd (hereafter referred to as the ‘K-Company’), to ensure compliance with the regulations contained in the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA Act No. 107 of 1998) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2014 (as amended) for the Widening of existing approved road on New Vintage Development and realignment and construction of the second approved access road over Hartenbos Landgoed to Hartland Development.

Environmental Authorisation (EA) (DEA&DP Ref: 16/3/3/6/1/D6/29/0019/22)  was issued on 23rd March 2023
