Garden Walk: RE/Portion 58 of Farm 217, Hartenbos

HilLand Environmental, independent Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAPs), have been appointed by the applicant, Coral Investments 4 (Pty) Ltd, to ensure compliance with the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA, No 107 of 1998) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (EIA), 2014 (as amended) for the proposed amendment of the Environmental Authorisation (EA) for remainder of Portion 58 of Farm 217, Hartenbos.

Environmental Authorisation (EA) was issued for the development of the Hartenbosch Lifestyle Village on portions 91,99,100 and the remainder of Portion 58 of Farm 217.  The proposal is now to amend the commercial precinct SDP layout on the remainder portion 58 of 217 and to split the EA from the remainder of the development on portions 91, 99 and 100.

The commenting period on the amendment EIR has closed.
