Amendment of the EA: Entabeni

HilLand Environmental, independent Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAPs), have been appointed by the Applicant, Mr Greg Barnes of Axon Investment Services (Pty) Ltd, to ensure compliance with the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA, No. 107 of 1998) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 (as amended) for the proposed amendment of the Appeal Record of Decision (ROD) that is in place for Erf 4015 & 20295 (portion of Erf 4015), Entabeni, Knysna (property approximately 34.66ha in extent).

The amended Environmental Authorisation (EA) was issued on the 18th of August 2023. It can be supplied on request.
