Hilland Environmental have been appointed as the Environmental Control Officer by Applicant Mossel Bay Municipality represented by V3 Consulting Engineers, to ensure compliance with the regulations contained in the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA, No 107 of 1998) and Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 (as amended) for the proposed installation of water supply infrastructure in the Mossel Bay area.

The proposed amendment entails the alteration of the approved route of the new water pipeline between Langeberg Reservoir (Hartenbos) and the Kleinbrak Water Purification Works at the Klein Brak Water Purification Works.  The project description will change with regards to the three (3) alterations of which two (2) are non-substantive amendments and one (1) is substantive amendment.
