This has been the core component of HilLand Associates (HA) Environmental Consultancy. For 19 years we have undertaken various forms of environmental impact assessments (EIA’s) as part of the legislative process the authorities have stipulated. We have been part of the EIA evolution in South and Southern Africa, and will continue to evolve with the changes into the future.

We understand that you need objective, impartial, independent and practical advice from your professional team, and are commercially aware of the importance of proactive and factual information, presented in a format for timeous decision-making. From the initial concept consultation through to monitoring and auditing we assist in providing you with proactive advice and information. We will inform you what to expect along the process concerning procedures and pitfalls (Project Facilitation), and proactively recommend courses and plans of action.
