HilLand Environmental, independent Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAP) have been appointed by the Applicant, Ashford Farms, to undertake the environmental process in terms of Section 24G of the National Environmental Management Act (Act No. 8 of 2004) for Portion 7 of Farm 440, Plettenberg Bay

A Section 24G application process for the expansion of a building more than 100m2 within 32m from a watercourse. A rectification application is applicable.

All registered stakeholders / I&APs are invited to comment on the proposal within the 30 day commenting period from 30 July – 1 September 2025. Please provide comments via email, admin@hilland.co.za
