OSCAE Application for Erf 1073, Wilderness Heights, Wilderness

HilLand Environmental has been appointed as the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) by the applicant, Cronje Family Trust, to obtain the required permit for the disturbance of vegetation and earthworks in accordance with the Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Area Extension (OSCAE) Regulations, for the proposed development of a single dwelling, associated infrastructure and the creation of landscaped areas, in accordance with Agricultural II Zoning, on Erf 1073, Wilderness Heights, Wilderness. Approximately 1 565.68 square metres of vegetation clearance and approximately 3 400 cubic metres of earthworks will be required.

The OSCAE application will undergo a 30-day commenting period commencing on the 10th of June 2019 (10 June 2019 – 11 July 2019). Please provide your comments / concerns relating to the proposed development during the time frame, in written format via post, email or fax. Please note you need to declare your interest in the above matter.
